Summer 2010
Youth Athletic Training

Dates: Summer 2010 June 7th
Times: M/W/F 8:00-9:30am
Who:
Where: Johnny’s Health and Fitness on Denton Tap
Trainer: Tobi Fisk
Group Size 8 per instructor
Cost: $175.00 per month or $325.00 for entire summer program. Min 8 participants.

This summer program is unique; the instructor ratio is 1:8. This allows us to give the maximum amount of instruction and really correct exercise form and technique. “Most programs are about intensity and just run the tar out of each participant.” We believe in teaching the correct form and utilizing the correct intensity for each participant. We test each participant in a multiple of fitness disciplines and re-test every 4 weeks. This ensures we provide optimal results for our clients. We guarantee results in the area of performance.

We use a variety of equipment and training modalities to achieve optimal results. By optimal I mean the best results possible in a specific amount of time. Our model includes a warm up and cardio component (no we do not just place your athlete on a treadmill and have them run or walk for us) we actually use a dynamic warm-up, a core component, a strength and power component, and a “CrossFit” Style High Intensity component that last between 8-15 minutes. We will use free weights, bodyweight, bands, medicine balls, gymnastics, and plyo-metrics to dramatically increase the conditioning level of your athlete. Our philosophy is train hard, train smart, and eat right.

I have over 14 years experience and have been in the Coppell area since 1998 and co-directed Elite Sports Conditioning program for Coppell High School Athletes 1998-2003.

If you want your athlete to be better, learn more about how to improve their own fitness level, and have fun staying in great shape then I want to work with you
